The best thing about weddings on a farm are the incredible views in every direction. The JK famr was no exception to this with a perfectly placed pond and the occasional farm animal in the background of your photos. And to top it all off, there was a willow tree right by the pond! Throw in the most incredible first look and an emotional groom and you have the perfect mix for photographing a wedding. We crossed the WV boarder and headed into uncharted territories and spent the day in Uniontown, PA for for Seth and BrAnna’s wedding.
Seth and BreAnna are so much fun! We love having the opportunity to shoot our couple's engagement photos just to get to spend some time together before the big. It doesn't always work out, but we were so thankful it did for Seth and BreAnna. Not only because their session in Morgantown on WVU's campus was incredible, but honestly, they were such a blast to hang out with! Obviously after that, we were so excited for this wedding! When they day finally came and we drove down the long road through the woods to The JK Farm. The scenic drive only made us get our hopes up even more. As you can see from our favorite shots below, it did not disappoint, if anything, we loved it more than we ever though we would.
From start to finish...oh man, what a day! Even with a few minute rain delay for the ceremony, it was perfect. From the different wine type table markers to the best DJ ever (seriously, he rocked a cowbell and danced just as hard as any guest). The forecast called for rain all day and other than the little sprinkle just before the ceremony, it held off to the very end of the night....seriously, just as we were packing up and headed to the car we had to make a run for it. Just as the night was coming to and end. While some guest were on the lawn by the fire pit or playing corn hole, the rain pushed everyone into the barn for a few final dances for the perfect ending to a perfect day.
Thank you to all these incredible people who made this day so amazing for Seth and BreAnna!
